These are CNC machined aluminium cylinder heads made by SHS. They have double O-rings that fit nice and tightly in the cylinder for a good air seal and a rubber pad as the cushion. The pad can be removed with a screwdriver and pliers and the sorbo pads I sell fit perfectly.
