The Flash Mag from Lonex is a rethink of the conventional High capacity magazine. It maintains the high capacity but replaced the slow and often difficult to operate winding wheel with a steel pull cord that is deployed from the bottom of the magazine and has a modified main spring to decrease the number of times it needs to be wound per fill. This means the mag can be fully wound with 4-5 quick pulls rather than endless wheel turning and it will last longer before it needs to be rewound. In combat every second counts and this greatly reduces the time your vulnerable while winding your mag and allows you to carry a lot of ammo in a mobile package unlike midcaps. The winding cord is hidden behind a door on the bottom of the magazine and it is designed to be easily operated with gloves on. These new “tactical” versions are made from polymer instead of steel so they are lighter and more scratch and dent resistant. In addition to the new style and material they also include locking tabs so multiple mags can be stacked together for increased mag change speed. Comes in brown and black, these are the black versions.
