Barrel Lapping Service – 100,000 passes

Clandestine Airsoft has partnered with HunterSeeker Armory to offer a barrel lapping service to push the limits of barrel accuracy to the next level. HSA's lapping kits have been widely regarded as one of the final steps needed to maximize the accuracy of a barrel but they still can be a very time consuming and tricky process to master. Using a new, highly controlled lapping protocol developed with HSA we can now offer a barrel lapping service to any barrel we sell. When combined with our enhanced cut R-hopped offerings a barrel approaching the limits of barrel accuracy is now readily accessible. Available in 3 levels based on the number of lapping passes the lap is driven through the barrel this service needs to simply be added to your cart along with your barrel of choice. Remember it can take up to a business week to perform the lapping process and a perfect barrel is only one part of accuracy, using high quality ammo, a well tuned gas system, good barrel stabilization and keeping the barrel clean are also important parts of the total ultimate accuracy equation.

Our empirical testing of the accuracy improvement this lapping process produces an improvement of 19% in CTC. Shot sheets are below, the setup was designed to be mid range in terms of other parts to best reproduce most setups. Using one of our 455mm barrels lapped at 100k passes in a mostly stock JG BAR-10 at 15 yards. Besides general "tightening of the screws" the only other upgrade to the gun was the hopup chamber and bucking required to accept the AEG cut barrel.
