This spring is excellent if your compression is top notch. Using dual bearings (spring guide and piston) on a full stroke with a prometheus tightbore barrel I was getting 415 with hopu set to overhop. This is a great spring. It is my go to spring for 400 fps limits with guns shooting under 30 rps.
