These are version 2 (M4, M16, MP5, and variants, G3, and M249) ball bearing spring guides from ZCI. The main purpose of this upgrade part is to release torsion buildup in the spring that can cause premature failure and poor performance. This also increases the consistency of the velocity which improves accuracy. Because of the thickness of the ball bearing it acts as a spacer which increases velocity as well. These have rotating towers so part of the guide also rotates instead of just the bearing. They appear to have a slightly larger diameter than other brands which centers the spring better to prevent it rubbing against the piston body. Unlike SHS and Core guides these have round pins so there will be no problems getting them to fit in any gearbox. The spacing on these is also a lot compared to a stock guide so these will increase FPS quite a bit due to added spring spacing.
