Well supported by many experienced techs this is the original Super Lube made by Synco. It's a synthetic oil based grease with a PTFE (Teflon) EP additive. This is manufacturer rated *excellent* for compatibility with Nylon, POM, and Buna-N which make up all the internal polymer and rubber components in airsoft gear boxes. It's rated *good* for silicone rubber and polycarbonate both of which either shouldn't have grease on them (silicone bucking) or shouldn't be used in your gearbox anyway (polycarbonate, which is just too brittle and has proven time and time again that it will break way before Nylon regardless of what manufacturers tell you!). I've seen many techs use this grease for a long time in every possible place and technically it can be but if you have the option a silicone grease for the airseal components and conventional grease like this for the gears is the ideal option. The silicone grease is a little safer for R-hop material and is more temperature stable for high speed low drag components like pistons.
